AI AgentsCustom · secure · yours

AI that does
the boring bits for you.

We build teams of agents that work together, running where your people already do, on your accounts, with your data, inside your security perimeter. Each one is custom. They share a foundation, so they're easy to add to and they hand work to each other cleanly.

What we mean by "agent"

Not a chatbot. Not a workflow.
Something in between.

A chatbot answers questions. A workflow runs a fixed sequence. An agent sits in between: it can decide, use tools, read from your systems, write to them, and escalate to a human when it's out of its depth. Every one we build is scoped to a single job, shipped with guardrails, and handed over with a kill switch you control.

A team of agents

One foundation.
Many agents on top.

Most teams don't need one clever agent. They need three or four working together. We build a shared foundation underneath, your rules, your systems, your way of working, and stand up agents on top of it.

Update the foundation once · every agent inherits the change
One source of truth

Every agent reads from the same playbook, your tone of voice, your approval thresholds, your customers, your systems. Update it once; every agent gets the change.

New agents arrive trained

Adding the next agent isn't a six-week project. It plugs into the same foundation, inherits your rules and integrations on day one, and only learns the bit that's specific to its job.

Agents hand off cleanly

Because they share the same context, agents can pass work between each other without losing the thread, quote drafted by one, reviewed by another, sent by a third.

Where we deploy

Four runtimes. Same agent.

We help you pick the runtime on the discovery call, based on where your team already works, your data residency rules, and how the agent will be accessed. No religious preferences.

Microsoft Copilot Studio
Your Microsoft 365 environment

The right answer when your team already lives in Teams, SharePoint and Outlook. The agent sits inside your Microsoft tenant, behind your Azure AD, inside your compliance posture, under your existing data-residency rules.

Best fit: Enterprises on Microsoft 365. Government. Professional services with existing E3/E5 licensing.
Anthropic Claude
Projects, MCP servers, Skills

When you want the strongest reasoning and writing model on the market, and you want the agent to live next to your team's existing Claude Projects. We build the Skills, wire the MCP servers, and leave you with something your team keeps improving.

Best fit: Teams already using Claude for thinking work. Builds where writing quality matters most.
OpenAI
Custom GPTs, Assistants, Responses API

The deepest integrations-to-anything on the market. We ship custom GPTs for internal use, and Assistants-API-backed agents when you need them called from your own software.

Best fit: Organisations standardised on ChatGPT Enterprise. Integrations-heavy agents.
Standalone app
Your SSO, your domain, your UI

When the agent needs its own interface, for staff, clients, or the public. We build a web app on your accounts, connect it to whichever foundation model you prefer, and ship it behind your SSO with audit logging baked in.

Best fit: Client-facing agents. Cross-team tools. When the other three don't fit the access model.
Security & deployment

Agents that live
inside your walls.

The biggest reason AI agents stall inside serious organisations isn't the model, it's "where does this run and who has access?" We build agents that answer that question correctly on day one.

Works with your existing compliance posture
Deployed into your tenant
Not ours. Copilot in your Azure AD, Claude in your Projects, OpenAI on your Enterprise account, or an app hosted in your cloud.
Your data stays yours
Every agent reads from and writes to accounts you own. We never proxy your data through our infrastructure.
SSO from day one
Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace, Okta, the agent sits behind whatever identity provider your team already uses.
Activity logs, always on
Every tool call, every prompt, every response, logged in a format your security team can ingest.
Kill switch you control
One toggle in your own environment to disable the agent, no ticket, no email, no "let me log in on my side."
DPAs, NDAs, questionnaires
Signed as standard. We'll run your vendor security questionnaire and, where required, scope for data residency.
What agents actually do

The building blocks
every agent ships with.

Under the hood, all our agents share the same architectural spine. What changes is which tools, which approvals, which guardrails, because every business is different.

Tool use
Reads and writes to the systems you already pay for, Workflow Max, Xero, SharePoint, Airtable, Salesforce, your ERP.
Memory
Scoped to the job. Remembers what it needs to do the work, forgets what isn't relevant. No creeping context.
Approval flows
For anything that touches a client, a customer or a dollar, humans in the loop by design, not by afterthought.
Escalation paths
When the agent is unsure, it tells you. Not a confidently wrong answer, a routed question to the right person.
Your voice
Trained on your SOPs, your email templates, your tone. The first draft reads like someone on your team wrote it.
Guardrails
What it will and won't do, written in plain English and tested with red-team prompts before it goes live.
Starting points

A few shapes of agent
we've shipped recently.

Every agent is custom, but patterns repeat. These are three starting points, a way to shorten the discovery call. Bring us the workflow, we'll tell you which of these (if any) to steal from.

A note on pre-built agents: we don't sell them. Every serious deployment we've shipped has ended up custom, the tools, the guardrails, the voice. These are a starting point, not a product.

AI Agents FAQ

The questions we get
in the discovery call.

You can, and for generic tasks (meeting summaries, transcription) we'll often recommend one. But the agents that move the needle read from and write to your systems, speak in your voice, and respect your approval flows. That means custom. The off-the-shelf versions we've tested either don't touch your data or can't be trusted with it.

Three questions: where does your team already work, what are your data residency rules, and who needs access? Microsoft shops tend toward Copilot Studio. Teams that live in Claude Projects stay there. Integration-heavy, call-from-code work tends to OpenAI. Anything with external or client-facing access tends to a standalone app with your SSO.

Three things. (1) Scoped tool access, the agent can only call the tools we explicitly give it. (2) Approval flows on anything that touches money, clients or customers, humans confirm before it sends. (3) A kill switch in your environment, one toggle disables the agent. We also red-team every agent with adversarial prompts before go-live.

You do. The agent lives in your Copilot tenant, your Claude Project, your OpenAI Enterprise account, or an app hosted on your cloud. The data stays in systems you already own. If you leave us, you keep everything, no licence to cancel.

Yes. SSO via Entra / Google / Okta. Audit logs in your SIEM. Data loss prevention on whatever layer you already use. DPAs and NDAs signed as standard. We'll run your vendor questionnaire.

Often. A typical shape: AI Enablement scopes the workflow and builds the pilot; if the agent needs its own UI or replaces a chunk of off-the-shelf software, a Custom Build wraps around it.
