Let's talk

Tell us where it hurts, we'll help you fix it.

Most calls with us start the same way: "this is taking us forever and we're not sure why." Walk us through what's slowing your team down, we'll come back within a business day with where we'd start.

What happens on the call

30 minutes,
no pitch.

1
We listen, properly.
The first 10 minutes is yours. Walk us through what's not working, where the days disappear, what you've already tried.
2
We talk through options.
The next 15, we share what we've seen work for teams in your shape, and where the real trade-offs sit.
3
Honest read.
The last 5, we tell you whether we can actually help. If yes, we book a proposal review and bring you a clickable prototype. If not, we'll usually know someone who can.
No deck. We won't take you through a "here's us, here's our process" slide tour, that's all on this site already. We'd rather spend the time on you.

What to expect

What happens
after you reach out.

< 24h
A real reply.
Not an auto-responder. One of us reads your note properly and writes back, usually with a question or two and a proposed time to talk.
Day 2–5
Discovery call.
30 minutes. No deck, no pitch, no commitment. We figure out the shape of the problem together, yours and ours.
Day 5–8
Proposal review.
We come back with a written scope and a clickable prototype of what we'd build, so you can see the answer before you commit to it.
Day 10+
We get started, or we don’t.
Either way, you’ll know quickly. We'd rather tell you it's not a fit on day three than waste your time on month three.
Before you get in touch

A few things people
often ask first.

We're headquartered in New Zealand, with a globally remote team across Canada, Spain, Mexico, South Africa and New Zealand. That gives us near-round-the-clock coverage when we need it, and plenty of overlap with your working hours, wherever you are.

Yes, most of our work is with clients in the US, New Zealand, Australia, the UK and Canada. A good share of our current engagements are in the US. Working across time zones is something we do all the time, and our globally remote team covers them all, so it's never a deal-breaker.

Honestly, that's how most of our conversations start. Bring us the symptom, the bit that's slowing your team down, not a solution. We'll help you figure out the shape of what you actually need before you commit to anything.

Of course. Email is perfect for that. We don't treat a question as an inbound lead, and we won't drop you into a sequence.

No, the first 30 minutes is on us. If it feels like a fit on both sides, the next step is a proposal review where we walk you through a written scope and a clickable prototype of the solution.
