AI Workshops

Cut through the AI noise.

Hands-on sessions for your team, onsite or remote. We work through 10+ AI tools on problems from your actual business, and leave your team with a handful they'll keep using next week, not just a folder of bookmarks. Start with a free 30-minute demo, then go deeper when you're ready.

Why this format

Built to deliver
results, not inspiration.

Most AI training is a slide deck and a hope. Ours is expert-led, tailored to your business, and designed to leave your team building something in the first hour.

Expert-led, not outsourced

Our co-CEOs Matt and Stephen run every session personally. 20+ years across software, product and ops, not junior facilitators reading someone else's slides.

Tailored to your business

We get a 15-minute brief before the session and build examples from your industry, your systems, your workflows. No generic "here's how to ask ChatGPT for a summary."

Hands-on, not hypothetical

Your team uses the tools live on their own problems. They leave with a custom GPT or automation they built in the room, not a handout to read later.

Actionable takeaways

Every session ends with a one-page "next move" document for your team: three things to try this week, plus what to ignore.

What's covered in the workshop

Four modules.
Built around your business.

A format we've honed over 50+ sessions. Each module is tailored to your industry during a pre-session brief, and paced to fit the workshop format you choose.

MODULE 01
Introduction to AI for smarter business

An overview of how AI is transforming industries, the potential it holds for streamlining business operations, and its role in driving innovation. We skip the hype and focus on what's real.

Strategic framingIndustry relevance
MODULE 02
Building with AI tools

Live demonstrations of 10+ tools, ChatGPT, Claude, Glide, HeyGen, MidJourney and more, used against real problems in your workflows. Your team uses them too, not just watches.

10+ toolsHands-on
MODULE 03
Agentic operations

How tailored AI solutions can handle specific business roles, marketing, operations, admin, without your team needing to manually write prompts every time. We'll build a custom GPT in the room.

MODULE 04
Practical applications

Relevant examples for your business and industry. Key lessons, examples, and best practices for integrating AI into operations effectively, including where it goes wrong, and how to spot it.

What you leave with

Outcomes. Not just notes.

By the end of the session, your team can answer three questions: what do we try, what do we ignore, and what's worth building next.

Strategic clarity
A foundational understanding of AI opportunities and risks across your operations.
Industry insights
Relevant use cases and applications discussed for your specific business vertical.
Practical demonstrations
Live examples of AI tools solving real business challenges, with cost-benefit analysis.
Next-steps framework
Clear understanding of how to evaluate and approach AI adoption, with guidance on where to start.
Led by industry experts

The people you'll
actually be learning from.

Every workshop is run by the people who built the company. Not a sales engineer, not a junior facilitator reading someone else's slides.

Book your session

Start with a demo.
Go deeper when you're ready.

Most teams take a free 30-minute demo first, a fast tour of what AI can do for your business, then choose a workshop. For teams ready for a plan rather than a session, the AI Roadmap is a 3-week advisory engagement.

Workshops FAQ

Common questions
before booking.

Because it's the best sales pitch we've got. We'd rather spend 30 minutes showing your team what's actually possible than spend that time on a sales call. If you decide to book the Essentials workshop or Immersion afterwards, great. If not, you still leave with something useful, and no follow-up from us unless you want it.

The demo is a 30-minute live tour, we show 10+ AI tools running on examples from your industry, and your team asks questions. The Essentials workshop is 90 minutes, $295pp, and your team uses the tools live on their own problems. The Options Immersion is 3 hours, $495pp, and adds a hands-on strategy session for leaders. Most teams start with the demo and pick a format from there.

The demo works for anything from 5 to 50+, it's a live tour and Q&A. The Essentials workshop is best with 10–30 people (a whole team or department) so it stays hands-on. The Options Immersion is designed for leadership teams of 5–15.

Both. Onsite works better, there's more energy in the room and people try more tools. For our US clients, we have facilitators based on the East and West Coasts and can travel where necessary. In New Zealand, we cover all of NZ and can cover Australia too. Remote over Teams or Zoom works well wherever you are.

For the demo, almost nothing, a quick email about your industry and we're set. For the workshops, a 15-minute briefing call, two to three industry-specific challenges your team faces, and a sense of what tools (if any) they already use.

The workshop scales. For technical teams we go deeper on agentic patterns, custom GPT architectures, and how to evaluate models. For non-technical teams we focus on tool-use and prompt quality. Either way, people leave having built something.

Most teams take the 'next moves' doc and try a few things for a fortnight. If they want to go further, we move into either an AI Enablement engagement (rolling AI across the org), a Custom Build, or an AI Agent deployment. No pressure, you tell us what you need next.

No. We've run sessions for 5-person ops teams and for 500-person professional services firms. The format adapts, the structure doesn't.
