The problem

A great methodology that kept getting lost between the plan and the work.

Korio had the playbook — a proprietary Audience Messaging Matrix and a Value–Connect–Promote framework that turns a marketing plan into day-to-day activity. Translating that into consistent execution across dozens of clients was a different problem.

  • Marketing plans worth thousands of dollars sitting on shelves "collecting dust"
  • A sprawling tool stack, Airtable, per-client custom GPTs, Google Sheets, multiple logins
  • Early AI tools helped in places but created new inefficiencies, more logins, more copy and paste, more moving between platforms
  • AI was clearly the future, but the spectrum from "chatting with ChatGPT" to "leveraging AI for the business" was overwhelming

We built a custom AI-powered platform on Glide, delivered as a Progressive Web App. One operating system that replaces the fragmented stack and runs every client's marketing through Korio's framework by default.

Single source of truth for client info, services, contracts and renewal dates.

Kanban and calendar views. Content moves Draft → Review → Approved → Scheduled, themed and audienced per client.

Per-client AI assistants pre-loaded with each client's brand, tone and audience matrix. A master prompt encodes Korio's framework as global definitions.
